Seed Source 2024 Online Giveaway

The contest period spans from January 9, 2024 to March 27, 2024, at 2:00pm, and no purchase is necessary to participate in the Milwaukee 27-piece ½’ drive impact sockets and tray set, Milwaukee M18 Blower, and Milwaukee M18 Grease Gun kit contest. To be eligible, candidates must respond to all questions, with a limit of one entry per person. Any attempt or suspicion of multiple entries or unauthorized methods, such as robotic or automatic entries, will be considered tampering and result in disqualification.

The contest is open to all residents of Saskatchewan aged 18 and older who are recognized as active farmers under the Ministry of Saskatchewan. On March 27th, 2024, Seed Source Inc. will conduct a random draw from all eligible entries received during the contest period. The winner will be notified by phone or email within the week following the draw and must contact Seed Source Inc. within 5 days to arrange prize pickup. If the winner cannot be reached within three days of the initial contact attempt, declines the prize, or fails to complete the required questions, the prize will be forfeited, and Seed Source reserves the right to select another winner.

The prize, valued at $1300.00, consists of a Milwaukee 27-piece ½’ drive impact sockets and tray set, Milwaukee M18 Blower, and Milwaukee M18 Grease Gun kit. The prize must be accepted as is and cannot be exchanged, refunded for cash, sold, or transferred. Any contestant providing false statements will be automatically disqualified.

Seed Source retains the right to cancel or suspend the contest due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, such as a virus or bug compromising the security or proper administration of the contest. Deliberate attempts to damage a website or undermine the contest’s legitimate operation are violations of criminal and civil laws, and Seed Source may seek remedies and damages as permitted by law.

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries. Seed Source may disqualify incomplete, illegible, damaged, irregular, or entries submitted through illicit means, including the use of robotic or automatic methods to artificially increase winning odds. Seed Source is not responsible for errors or omissions in printing or advertising related to the contest.

By entering the contest, participants agree to adhere to the contest rules and accept the final and binding decisions of Seed Source Inc.
