Seed Source is seeking an organized and empathetic to lead human resources, workforce onboarding, and safety compliance in Archerwill, SK. This role serves as the primary advocate for our team members, managing high-volume seasonal hiring, ensuring seamless foreign worker/seasonal program administration, and maintaining a proactive safety culture across our farm and seed production operations. You will work closely with management to keep our diverse crew safe, supported, and compliant.

Job Description

  • Manage high-volume recruitment, hiring, and structured onboarding for local seasonal staff, full-time farm personnel, and international seasonal agricultural workers.
  • Partner with operations leadership to enforce Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) and local workplace safety standards across all facilities, fields, and equipment operations.
  • Maintain up-to-date employee records, safety compliance logs, and regulatory filing requirements.
  • Following up with staff if proper training was conducted 

What is Needed

  • Experience: 2–4+ years in human resources, safety coordination, or farm labor management, ideally within an agricultural or industrial environment.
  • Workforce Knowledge: Familiarity with Saskatchewan Employment Act standards, OH&S regulations, and seasonal agricultural worker programs
